Quantitative Real-Time PCR: Utilizing this technology, we will provide absolute mRNA levels of the gene of interest in provided samples, including paraffin embedded blocks. Additionally, this technique can be utilized to detect polymorphisms at specific loci in a gene.
Immunofluorescence Staining: Utilizing this technology, we will provide accurate localization or co-localization of one or more proteins of interest.
ELISA and Western Blot: These assays will provide accurate levels of proteins, hormones, and peptides as well as activity of certian proteins of interest from various types of specimens.
Protein Purification: We utilize a combination of gel filtration chromatography, isoelectric focusing, gel electrophoresis, as well as HPLC to purify proteins of interest from biological samples and cell culture.
Establishment of Primary Cell Line Cultures: We are leading experts in the establishment of primary cell line cultures from desired tissues. Primary cell lines have an advantage over immortalized cells lines as they are more closely representative to in vivo conditions. Additionally, these types of cell lines may not be commercially available.
Establishment of Chemotherapy Resistant Cancer Cell Lines: We are specialized in the establishment of chemothearpy resistant cells lines with different doses of the drug of interest. Currently we have several ovarian cancer cell lines resistant to either docetaxel or cisplatin, and their chemosensitive counterparts. Fluorescence Labeling of Cells: This service will provide you will with various tracker dye labeling of your cells of interest.
